Janet McIntyre was born 17 DEC 1811 in Kilcalmonell / Kilberry Parish, Argyle, Scotland. She was the daughter of Dugald McIntyre (1763-?) and Mary McGrigor. Her siblings were Ann McIntyre (1816-?), Elly McIntyre (1814-?).
